What is IMSI?
IMSI is an advanced form of IVF designed to address male infertility, especially when sperm shape and structure are compromised (Teratozoospermia). This technique involves selecting sperm under extremely high magnification (up to 6600x) to identify those with the best morphology, significantly improving fertilization, embryo development, and pregnancy outcomes.
When Should You Consider IMSI?

How Does IMSI Work?

- Sperm Selection: Using a powerful microscope (6600x magnification), embryologists closely examine sperm and select the healthiest one with no structural defects.
- Fertilization: The selected sperm is injected directly into the egg (like ICSI).
- Embryo Transfer: The resulting embryo is cultured and transferred to the uterus.
